Effekseer
When creating animation effects yourself in RPG Maker MZ, you'll use the effect creation tool "Effekseer".
RPG Maker MZ officially supports ver1.5.
By placing files output in efkefc format to the "effects" folder inside your project, you can select added animations from [Particle Effects] in [Database] → [Animations].
Please see Database [Animation Settings] for information on configuring animations.
